Executive / Leadership 1-2-1 coaching is so much more than coaching. It’s coaching, mentoring, advisory and partnering. I work with leaders on an individual basis to help them realise their personal potential. The work we will do together is confidential and personal. I work closely with clients to explore their values and beliefs, motivators, strengths, sense of who they are and the things they would like to change, learn or do differently.
The reality for most leaders and founders is that they don’t have all the answers. You’re expected to, but it’s impossible to know what to do in every situation, especially if it’s something you have never experienced before. This can make this a lonely place to be, with few people for you to share the load with or turn to when times get tough.
Together, we establish specific coaching goals and work on strategies to address these challenges. Each session is customised to meet the individuals unique and personal needs.
I work with clients on a wide range of issues, this might include: setting the vision and strategic direction for your organisation, being a critical friend and thinking partner, giving you the tools and techniques for a difficult/crucial conversation, developing strategies for greater resilience, exploring greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence but most of all, holding a confidential space for you to share, reflect and consider what actions, opportunities and options are available to you as a leader.

One of my greatest passions is helping people grow as leaders, something I’ve dedicated my career to as a leadership development specialist and coach.
