Hello, I’m Fiona, a leadership coach and people developer.

One of my greatest passions is helping people grow as leaders. With over 30 years of experience in leadership development and a proven track record, my coaching is all about enhancing performance, sustaining resilience whilst building capable and confident leaders.

I have seen so often the difference that quality leadership can make to the lives of people and the success of organisations.

I help clients clarify their vision, leverage their strengths, face challenges, develop leadership capability and partner them in order to achieve lasting and sustainable success.

Through focused conversations we explore what might be holding you back, the challenges you are facing and how you want to develop as a leader.

Team Development

Team development is a structured process aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and cohesion of a group of individuals working towards a common goal.

I foster collaboration, trust, and open communication, empowering team members to leverage their unique strengths, face into challenging situations and conversations that may be holding the team back. Pressing the ‘reset’ button that enables the team to move forward.

Bitesize Insights gives you the opportunity to create a learning community in your workplace.

Our Bitesize Insights learning directory offers a range of 60-minute online development sessions on a variety of topics that are interesting, relevant to the workplace of today, fun and enjoyable.

The sessions have been designed to make personal growth accessible and engaging. Bitesize Insights gives individuals an opportunity to learn together, ask questions and pick brains!
